** Reminder- The workout will be the WOD for everyone on Friday’s for the next four weeks. If you are competing in the Worldwide Open make sure you guys come to the 7:00 p.m. class on Friday’s so you can be judged by a coach and have a valid score. If you really want to challenge yourself and attempt what you never thought was capable go to The Hampton Roads Crossfit Community Facebook page and put your name in a heat for CrossFit 757!! There is already 19 of us signed up for Saturday so take the leap and join us!! 1 or 2 reps can mean the difference of 50 spots so when you find yourself in pain and wanting to slow down ask yourself:
