The Compound has a New Home!

The Compound is now located at:

The new facility is bigger and better than any of us expected! It will take a little time

for every piece of equipment and every whiteboard to find it's permanent home, but

we will be running classes during the settling process. Be sure to come to the new

facility for your Boot Camp class and be ready to work your butts off!
