Hi, my name is Keith and I’m one of the trainers at the infamous “Compound CrossFit”. I’ve been involved with sports and fitness my whole life. I did traditional weightlifting and cardio workouts for years, but it wasn’t until I was introduced to CrossFit that I realized I was lacking in certain aspects of my fitness.
CrossFit recognizes ten general physical skills; Cardiovascular / Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, & Accuracy. If you’re new to fitness programs, or your current program is lacking in one of these skills, or you’re just bored with your workouts, I encourage you to come in and give it a shot. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. For those worried about their current fitness level, and feel like they’re not ready for CrossFit… DON’T BE!! Everything can be scaled to fit your abilities.
