Meet The Trainers Meet Ryan
Hello, my name is Ryan and I am an owner of Compound Crossfit and also the lead trainer. I spent eleven years in the military as a Navy Diver and numerous other duties along the way. I am extremely passionate about fitness and helping those that want to be helped. If you have the will power to walk through my door then I promise you I can effect the most significant change in your physical capabilities and your mental fortitude that you have ever seen! All that I need you to do is be dedicated to the program and show up......that's it!!! We will take care of the rest.

During my time in the Navy I was sent to school for their fitness coordinator position, which included duties of body fat measurement, program development and training those that needed a little extra help to lose those last few pounds and get into fighting shape. I currently work for Linxx Security as a VBSS instructor, which include the duties of training military men and women in shooting, military combatives, self defense and functional fitness principals.

In my free time I love spending it with my two daughters and girlfriend. We enjoy hiking, camping, mountain biking, adventure racing, four wheeling, running, swimming, the beach and campfires. We love to be outdoors and participate in almost anything physically demanding and challenging.

  • Navy Physical Readiness Coordinator
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Navy Lifeguard
