Favorite Compound Memory: I have a lot of FAVORITE Compound memories. The ever changing favorite is watching people become the better person they sought out to be with the help of Crossfit and our community. This is by far the most rewarding for me. Another big favorite memory is all the Open workouts we do every Friday night at the gym. These days take community to a whole new level. The support and energy from all the athletes competing/supporting is insane! Such an awesome thing to see and be a part of.
