First WOD: I think it was a 20min AMRAP of pull ups… just pull ups. All I remember is getting slapped in the face by my band about a thousand times and then the carnage of my hands afterward.
Greatest fitness/nutrition advice: Check yourself before you wreck yourself. You’re your own best judge and advocate. Make choices about your fitness and nutrition wisely. Do your research and standby your decision.
